Sinusitis, commonly referred to as a sinus infection, is the inflammation of the sinus cavities—air-filled spaces located behind the forehead, cheeks, and eyes. This condition typically occurs when these cavities become blocked and infected, resulting in discomfort and a range of symptoms. Pharmacy First
The Pharmacy First service builds on the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service which has run since October 2019. The consultation service enables patients to be referred into community pharmacy for a minor illness or an urgent repeat medicine supply.
